Série de contrats signés par des tiers et l’artiste selon lequel les deux parties conviennent de produire une œuvre d’art qui n'est autre que le contrat lui-même. En acceptant de souscrire à cette œuvre, le tiers est converti à double titre en mécène de l’artiste car a) le tiers participe à la production d’une œuvre d’art dont l’artiste reste le seul détenteur des deux exemplaires du contrat ; b) le tiers renonce ainsi à toute contrepartie en cas de vente de l’œuvre. Conformément aux clauses du contrat, chacun des signataire peut à tout moment dénoncer le statut d’œuvre d’art du contrat par courrier avec accusé de réception ou par un courriel adressé à l'autre partie.

Series of contracts signed by third parties and the artist, according to which both parties agree to produce a work of art that is none other than the contract itself. By agreeing to participate in this work, the third party is doubly converted into a patron of the artist because: a) the third party takes part in the production of a work of art of which the artist remains the sole holder of both copies of the contract; b) the third party thereby renounces any compensation in the event of the sale of the work. In accordance with the contract clauses, any signatory may at any time revoke the status of the contract as a work of art by sending a registered letter or an email to the other party.
